Cooking Demos
We now offer cooking demos at The Grove!
The recipes we normally demonstrate are as follows:
Plus, if you have a recipe you would like us to try, let us know what it is and we'll give it a shot!
Each demo begins with an olive oil and vinegar tasting at olive oil bar and includes a glass of wine, an appetizer, and salad. They are typically three course meals; deserts or other courses may be added for an additional cost per person. We are flexible and accommodating – special requests can be arranged (i.e. gluten free, food allergies).
Our Italian themed demos (ricotta gnocchi, polenta, and pizza) feature an appetizer of cecina, and salad will be served at the end. For our Middle-Eastern dishes (quinoa, tabouli, kibbeh), an appetizer of falafel will be served. During our French classes (crepes) we will serve pate as an appetizer.
